BC Personal doesn’t advertise every position. If a position is publicized or not, depends on the profile or client. However, in accordance with our strategic pipeline management, we are also constantly on the lookout for sought-after profiles for our clients and know which companies are asking for them.

Generally, a distinction can be drawn between pull and push models in professional recruiting for vacant positions. Under the pull model, a vacancy is advertised and interested parties contact us. In contrast, with the push strategy, we search our ecosystem and approach suitable candidates directly. Depending on the client and the current situation in the respective labor market, we decide which strategy to pursue or whether these strategies can be optimally combined.
